Monthly Fixed and Variable Costs:

• Water/Sewer/Trash/Stormwater/Hot Water Energy: Varies; billed monthly, 30-65 days in arrears, based on formula; ratio billing and usage
• Valet Living Trash Removal: $35/month
• Utility One-Time Setup Fee: $10.00-$25.00
• Utility Administrative Fee: $4.50 – $9.50 monthly
• Electric: Usage based- Amount for provision and consumption of electric paid to a third party.
• Pest Control: $2.00 - $5.00 per month
• Renter’s Insurance: Required with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. Amount for renter’s liability insurance varies and is obtained through resident's provider of choice.

• Attorney Eviction Filing Fees: Amount varies for legal expenses incurred for lease violations.
• Lease Termination Fee: Equivalent to two months’ rent with a required 30-day written notice, pay back the total dollar amount of any concessions received.
• Remote and/or Key Fob Replacement: $50.00 per item
• Apartment, Storage, or Garage Key Replacement: $25.00

• Debit Card Payment- Payments up to $999.99 the service fee is $3.95, payments greater than $999.99 up to $1,999.99 the service fee is $4.95, for payments greater than $1,999.99 the service fee is $9.95.
• Credit Card Payment- A service fee of 2.95% will be charged at the time of payment.

Farm and exotic pets are not permitted. Pets must house-broken and properly inoculated.
